Johnny was a young boy who loved playing basketball. He would practice every day after school, dreaming of the day he could play for his school's team. Unfortunately, Johnny wasn't very good. Finally, in his senior year of high school, Johnny made the varsity basketball team. He wasn't a star player, but he played several minutes in every game. Johnny's hard work and perseverance had paid off. But he didn't stop there. He continued practicing in college, earning a scholarship to play for a Division I team. After college, he played professionally overseas. Johnny's journey to becoming a basketball player wasn't easy, but it taught him the power of perseverance and determination.
