OneofthemostprominentchallengesIfacedwasthelackofinterestandmotivationamongsomestudents.Ifoundthatmanyofmystudentslackedtheenthusiasmtolearn,whichhinderedtheirabilitytograspimportantconcepts.Asateacher,IrealizedthatIhadtobecreativeinmyteachingapproachtobeabletocapturetheirattention.Istartedbyincorporatinggames,songs,andotherinteractiveactivitiesintheclassroom,whichprovedtobeeffectiveinenhancingtheirmotivationandinterestlevels.LessonsLearned
Throughmyexperience,Ihavelearnedthatcreatingafunandengaginglearningenvironmentiscrucialinhelpingstudentstodeveloptheirlanguageabilities.Itisessentialtoidentifyeachstudent'slearningneedsandtailormyteachingapproachtomatchtheirabilities.Additionally,Ihavealsocometounderstandtheimportanceofgivingmystudentsindividualattention,especiallythosewhoarestrugglingtokeepupwiththepaceoftheclass.
